Focus on The Assignment - Message 3 - Assignments Come With Training—and Testing
The central theme of today's discussion is the imperative to "Finish the Assignment—Prosperity Follows Completion." We assert that many believers do not require additional prophecies; rather, they must diligently fulfill the last directive they received. Throughout our exploration, we will emphasize that completion is a language of the Kingdom, one that signifies discipline, stewardship, and trustworthiness. We will also elucidate the notion that unfinished tasks lead to a leakage of prosperity, as they inhibit growth and momentum. As we engage in this message, let us reflect on our own assignments and commit to the vital act of completion, knowing that prosperity is intrinsically linked to our faithfulness in fulfilling what God has entrusted to us. The powerful message "Finish the Assignment—Prosperity Follows Completion" centers on the critical importance of completing one’s divine assignments as a pathway to experiencing true prosperity. The speaker articulates a compelling narrative that many believers are caught in a relentless cycle of starting new endeavors while failing to follow through on the commitments already given to them by God. Drawing from John 17:4, the message emphasizes that glory is rendered to God not merely through intentions or beginnings, but through the tangible act of finishing the work that He has assigned to us. This call to action is urgent and prophetic, challenging listeners to break free from the shackles of delay and distraction that impede their ability to fulfill their God-given purposes. The speaker vividly illustrates the concept of unfinished assignments by referencing the metaphorical graveyard of unfinished things, which includes projects, relationships, and spiritual commitments that remain incomplete. This imagery serves as a poignant reminder that incompletion is not merely a circumstance but often a spiritual condition that can lead to a life devoid of fulfillment and prosperity. The speaker expounds on the idea that the enemy's strategy involves keeping individuals in a state of perpetual excitement without the requisite completion, thereby robbing them of the rewards that come from disciplined stewardship. Scriptural references such as Philippians 1:6 and Galatians 6:9 underscore the notion that persistence, discipline, and a commitment to finish are essential for reaping the harvest that God promises. The interactive elements of the podcast, including call-and-response moments, create an engaging atmosphere that encourages listeners to internalize the message and commit to being finishers in their own lives. As the message progresses, the speaker introduces the “Finisher’s Framework,” a practical guide designed to help listeners take actionable steps towards completing their assignments. This framework emphasizes the significance of choosing one specific task to focus on, defining the next steps to take, and establishing a schedule to ensure accountability. By encouraging daily completion of small tasks, the speaker instills a sense of urgency and purpose, reminding the audience that waiting on God often translates to God waiting on them to take action. The podcast concludes with a powerful prayer, inviting listeners to reflect on their own journeys and seek the grace to finish what they have started. The core takeaway of the message reiterates that God's prosperity follows completion and that fulfilling one’s divine assignments not only enriches the individual but also extends blessings to the community and the Kingdom.

Speaker A:This message for today is called Finish the assignment.
Speaker A:Prosperity follows completion.
Speaker A:Let us pray.
Speaker A:Father, in Jesus name, thank you for your word.
Speaker A:Thank you for calling us now.
Speaker A:Give us focus, discipline and courage to finish.
Speaker A:Break.
Speaker A:The spirit of delay, distraction, fear and half obedience.
Speaker A:Let this message produce action, not just emotion.
Speaker A:In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
Speaker A:Our scripture for today is John 17:4.
Speaker A:I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do.
Speaker A:By finishing the work.
Speaker A: ut it, not by planning it for: Speaker A:God is not just an author, He's a finisher.
Speaker A:There's a place that doesn't exist on Google Maps, but it is full.
Speaker A:It's the graveyard of unfinished things, unfinished books, unfinished businesses, unfinished degrees, unfinished healing, unfinished apologies, unfinished obedience.
Speaker A:And some people are not living under a curse, they're living under incompletion.
Speaker A:Because the enemy doesn't always need to stop you.
Speaker A:It just needs to keep you starting.
Speaker A:Hell doesn't fear your intentions.
Speaker A:Hell fears your consistency.
Speaker A:Completion is a kingdom, language and prosperity.
Speaker A:Biblical prosperity often follows completion because completion proves you have discipline.
Speaker A:It proves you have stewardship.
Speaker A:It proves you can be trusted and you don't quit when it it gets hard.
Speaker A:Point number one.
Speaker A:Completion is a kingdom, language.
Speaker A:Let's settle this once and for all.
Speaker A:God is a finisher.
Speaker A:The Bible says in Philippians 1, verse 6, he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.
Speaker A: And Jesus on the Cross, John: Speaker A:That wasn't just a statement, it was a victory shout.
Speaker A:That wasn't Heaven's script.
Speaker A:That was the signature on salvation.
Speaker A:So if you claim to follow Jesus, we cannot live as half finishers.
Speaker A:I need you to say after me, I am a finisher.
Speaker A:Don't quit.
Speaker A:I complete.
Speaker A:I don't delay, I obey.
Speaker A:Now why does this matter for prosperity?
Speaker A:Because prosperity requires stewardship and stewardship requires discipline.
Speaker A:And discipline shows itself in completion.
Speaker A:Many people say, God, I want more.
Speaker A:Heaven replies, finish what's in your hand.
Speaker A: Proverbs: Speaker A:Rule doesn't come to doublers.
Speaker A:Rule comes to finishers.
Speaker A:Our second main point is unfinished assignments league prosperity.
Speaker A:Let me say it plainly.
Speaker A:Unfinished obedience leaks money.
Speaker A:Unfinished discipline leaks Opportunities, unfinished character work leaks, favor.
Speaker A:Because if you quit everything, you can't build momentum.
Speaker A:If you quit everything, you can't build mastery.
Speaker A:If you quit everything, you can't build trust.
Speaker A:And the Bible says in Galatians 6, 9, let us not be weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest.
Speaker A:If we don't give up.
Speaker A:There is a harvest, but it has a condition.
Speaker A:Don't give up.
Speaker A:Repeat after me, I will not quit.
Speaker A:I will not drift.
Speaker A:I will not delay.
Speaker A:I will finish what God told me to start.
Speaker A:Some of y' all are one week away from breakthrough and you're about to resign.
Speaker A:So keep going.
Speaker A:Now let's talk about the enemy's strategy, distraction and delay.
Speaker A:The enemy loves to keep you in spiritual kindergarten.
Speaker A:Always excited, always starting and never finishing.
Speaker A:He'll give you new ideas every week, new words every month, new Bible plans every year, and new plans every year, but no completion.
Speaker A:You've got so many visions, you need a filing cabinet.
Speaker A:But nothing is built.
Speaker A:And hear me, not every new idea is God.
Speaker A:Some ideas are distractions.
Speaker A:With good branding, your assignment blesses others.
Speaker A:That's the prosperity pattern.
Speaker A:Now here's the good news.
Speaker A:God's prosperity has a purpose.
Speaker A:God doesn't increase you just to upgrade your image.
Speaker A:He increases you to upgrade your impact.
Speaker A:Genesis 12:2 tells us God tells Abraham, I will bless you and you will be a blessing.
Speaker A:Blessed to be a blessing.
Speaker A:So when you finish what God assigned, people get helped, families get restored, children get covered, communities get served, the gospel gets funded, jobs get created and the church gets strengthened.
Speaker A:And that is why the Lord can trust you with more.
Speaker A:Second Corinthians 9, 11 tells us you, you will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion.
Speaker A:So biblical prosperity isn't selfish.
Speaker A:It's strategic.
Speaker A:It's kingdom, it's impact.
Speaker A:Repeat after me, I am blessed to be a blessing.
Speaker A:I have increase for kingdom impact.
Speaker A:Let's look at the frere finishers framework work.
Speaker A:Let's get practical.
Speaker A:I'm going to give you a simple framework.
Speaker A:Finish in 30.
Speaker A:For the next 30 days, you're going to prove to yourself and heaven that you finish.
Speaker A:Step one.
Speaker A:Pick one assignment.
Speaker A:Not five, not ten, just one.
Speaker A:One project, one habit, one discipline, one relationship repair, one business.
Speaker A:Step one, ministry commitment.
Speaker A:Define the next faithful step.
Speaker A:Not the whole staircase, just the next step.
Speaker A:Because faithfulness is built in steps, not fantasies.
Speaker A:Step three, put it on a schedule.
Speaker A:If it's not scheduled, it's not serious.
Speaker A:Write it, block it, protect it.
Speaker A:Step four Close loops daily.
Speaker A:Finish small tasks daily because finishers practice completion.
Speaker A:Stop praying for open doors while you keep leaving doors open behind you.
Speaker A:Now, I need to say this clearly.
Speaker A:Some of you have been calling it waiting on God.
Speaker A:But God has been waiting on you.
Speaker A:You're waiting for motivation.
Speaker A:God is requiring discipline.
Speaker A:You're waiting for a feeling.
Speaker A:God is asking for obedience because the Bible says in James 1:22, do not merely listen to the word, do what it says, not hearers, doers.
Speaker A:Information doesn't transform you.
Speaker A:Application does.
Speaker A:Let me go deep for questions, for reflection.
Speaker A:What have I started that God told me to finish?
Speaker A:2.
Speaker A:What distractions am I tolerating that are draining my destiny?
Speaker A:And three, if my life ended this year, what assignment would remain undone?
Speaker A:Don't answer quickly.
Speaker A:Let the Holy Spirit talk.
Speaker A:Brothers and sisters, if you're listening to listening and you know you've been drifting, today is your turn back to focus.
Speaker A:If you know you've been half obedient, today is your turn to finish.
Speaker A:Repeat after me.
Speaker A:Me Lord, I repent for delay.
Speaker A:I repent for distraction.
Speaker A:I repent for half obedience.
Speaker A:Give me the grace to finish.
Speaker A:I receive discipline.
Speaker A:I receive focus.
Speaker A:I receive completion.
Speaker A:In Jesus name.
Speaker A: Somebody say I'm finishing: Speaker A:Let us pray.
Speaker A:Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for everyone under the sound of my voice.
Speaker A:Where the enemy has used destruction, break it.
Speaker A:Where delay has become a habit, break it.
Speaker A:Where fear has caused quitting, heal it.
Speaker A:Give your people the grace to finish what you assigned.
Speaker A:Prosper the work of their hands, Open doors that only completion can unlock.
Speaker A:Release, purpose driven increase so that they can bless families, fund ministry, build legacy and advance your kingdom.
Speaker A:Make them finishers in secret and finishers in public and let their lives glorify you through completion.
Speaker A:In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
Speaker A:Brothers and sisters, we've come to the end of the series and here's the God doesn't anoint destruction, he anoints assignment.
Speaker A:God doesn't fund ego, he funds obedience.
Speaker A:And prosperity often follows completion.
Speaker A:If the series blessed you share it.
Speaker A:And remember, you don't need a new word, you need to finish the last one.
